Fine Brews Tea Blending & Packaging LLC is a sole distributor in UAE of Mukwano Tea from Uganda.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Van Salesman (Tea) at Fine Brews Tea Blending & Packaging LLC located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Van Salesman will be responsible for selling tea products directly from the van to customers, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

Drive the sales van to designated routes and customer locations.
Identify potential new customers and increase sales within the assigned area.
Promote and sell Mukwano Tea products to retailers, grocery stores, and other clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
Customer Service & Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Provide product information, recommendations, and promotional offers to customers.
Inventory & Stock Management:

Load and unload products onto the van as per daily sales requirements.
Monitor stock levels and ensure proper handling and storage of tea products.
Conduct stock reconciliation at the end of each shift.
Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily reports to management.
Collect payments from customers and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
Follow company policies and procedures for invoicing and payment collection.
Logistics & Vehicle Maintenance

Ensure the sales van is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.
Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies while driving.

Experience & Skills:

Prior experience in sales, FMCG, or retail, preferably in the tea or beverage industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset.
Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
Effective communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks.

Other Requirements:

A valid UAE driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift and transport stock as needed.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
